Welcome!

Welcome to the Official Blog of Originals by Noel. I have been crafting most of my life.. so long, in fact, that I have noticed I slip into a special persona when I'm working on a craft project. I have named this persona "Noel."
I work with many mediums. I love to crochet afghans made of yarn, make French-beaded flowers, create stuffed critters, sculpt polymer clay and create truly unique OOAK Fine Art Dolls.
I also design jewelry, which I make out of polymer clay, as well as brass, silver and gold. I love to incorporate swarovski crystals whenever I can.  Some of my items are currently listed on Etsy, under the shop name: Originals by Noel. I hope you'll take a look!
Commissioned work is always an option. In other words, if you see something I have listed, but you'd rather have it in a different color or size, all you have to do is let me know, and I'll do my best to fill your order to your complete satisfaction.
I also invite you to visit my website often. It's located at http://www.originalsbynoel.com . I look forward to your feedback, ideas and comments in general. This is a friendly place!

Oh, the reason I have the "adult" warning is for when the time comes that I have Fine Art Dolls that may be offensive to some.. that is, they may be sculptures of male or female humans with little or no clothing on. Trust me, these will all be done in a artistically tasteful fashion, and none will be considered by myself, or will be intended to be, crude in nature. The human body is a beautiful thing, and it should be celebrated. However, for liability's sake, I have placed the "adult warning," just to cover myself under unforseen circumstances.
My beading encompasses a myriad of projects including French-beaded flowers, bead boxes, bead coin purses and magical spirit pouches. I always use quality materials, and that includes glass beads and jewelry findings that will surely please you, the customer.
Please visit my site, http://www.neeterskeeters.com to see the whole collection of these giant mosquitoes and read their story. It's sure to bring a smile to your face!
Don't forget to say hello by posting a message here on my blog. I look forward to hearing from you!
